I called A-1 Piano & Organ Service and let Dennis know about a problem I had with a small antique organ. I explained how the organ worked and he said "I don't work on those," and hung up. I was referred to Dennis so I'm sure that he is great at fixing organs, but basic courtesy and customer service is also part of being a business person. He offered me no ideas as to how I might fix the organ or get it fixed, and just hung up. more

Piano tuner with great stories 7/8/2005

Dennis tuned our piano after we moved last year. The entire time he did it, he showed us what he was doing, and told us wonderful stories about pianos, and his life. He knew so much about pianos, it was amazing. It was a pleasure having him in our house, both as a new friend, and a piano tuner. more
