Its very expensive, but thankfully there is one new Indian store opened up just 1/4 mile further from there, since its new, its obviously a lot cleaner too.

if you want to make indian food... 8/20/2005

Bombay Sweet and Spicey is the only store in the area that has ingredients for Indian food (since supermarkets have a very limited selection). I only shop there when I prepare Indian cuisine, which is very infrequent. The products are on the pricier side but worth it if you want to make your own Indian dishes. more

Only Indian store in Danbury 7/7/2005

This is the only indian store in Danbury. The store is not well kept and it quite shabby. The prices are high too as it is the only Indian store. They have videos and DVD of Indian films. You can also order fresh chappatis that is very very good. They carry some fresh Indian vegetables. more
