Courtesy Chevrolet really has the best customer service! I had a few questions about a car they offered, so I called them up. The lady on the phone was very informative and very friendly. She took time to answer all my questions and also suggested some other cars to look at. Eventually I decided buying a Ford Fusion Hybrid and I could not have been happier with the result!! I made an appointment with Eric Steffes on Friday August 19 and when I arrived at the dealership I immediately felt that the employees were more interested in my having a good experience than selling me an auto. Eric was right on time and he put me at ease while finding out what options I wanted on the new car (Traverse). We went out to the lot and I soon found the auto I wanted. The deal was quickly made and we were off to finance. While Eric was prepping the auto I met Shana Del Grosso. She proceeded to help me obtain the financing throught USAA bank and generated all the paper work for me to sign. She explained each document and was patient with me as I obtained more information from USAA. My wife and I came back to the daelership on Tuesday August 22 for her to sign the documents. We we greeted by Bryan Long who explained that Eric was off that day but would resolve any remainng issues with the auto. He escorted us to Shana's office where my wife signed the documents. We waited a short time in the customer lounge and Bryan came and told us the vehicle was ready. The three staff members mentioned above plus two or three others that I did not get names from were extremely courteous and helpful throughout the transaction. We were given water to drink and every effort was made to make our experience a pleasant one, and each of these employees did that! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new 2010 Equinox from salesman Jeff Wondoloski at Courtesy Chevrolet. The test drive answered most of my questions, and I was really sold when told I could order my car to totally customize it. I was so please with the finished product, it exceeded all expectations. Just last week I drove 2400 miles across country, and the car really performed. The dealership has been in the valley for years, in the same location, and being a life long resident, I find comfort in that. It really says something about the company, the owners, and staff. I recently purchased a new 2007 Chevy Silverado LT at Courtesy Chevrolet after shopping 10 Phoenix area Chevy dealerships online. Courtesy sent me their lowest price quotes on 3 new trucks in stock and 1 low mileage used Silverado they had. Before I knew their email was sent to me, the salesman called to let me know the prices had been sent. This was very considerate and that level of detail was maintained throughout my experience with Courtesy. Of the 10 dealerships I shopped, only 4 sent price quotes. All 4 dealerships were fairly close in pricing, but Courtesy had the best selection and treated me better than any of the others. They even gave me a prepaid gas card for coming to the store for a test drive! I highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet as they are by far the most customer focused Chevy dealer in Phoenix. more

I bought my new Silverado at Courtesy Chevrolet because they were the first dealership to respond to my inquiry with a highly discounted price and a listing of several trucks that fit the description of what I was looking for. The salesman, David Blankinship did an excellent job of giving me lots of information without being pushy or high pressure. All in all it was the best car buying experience I have had in the past 25 years of buying new and used cars. My wife and I were looking for a car and a sign outside this place caught our eye - if we test drove a car we would get a gift certificate for a local restaurant. Since we were in the market, we stopped in and test drove a car. When we asked about the sign out front, the salesman said it was just a promo for the salespeople. That didn't make any sense so we pressed the issue until he gave us the gift certificate. What a liar - like after that I'd ever buy anything from that place. more

I just purchased a car from them in December and the guy we worked with was very nice and helpful and they negotiated the price with me. I got a great deal on my car, the guy sent us cards afterwards to say thank you, and the whole process was smooth. I love my car so far - no problems at all with it and Courtesy Chevrolet even gave me a free detail. I would definitely return here for my next car purchase. more
