This is a great store for knitting, yarn selection, etc. They also have great classes and instructors. However, the customer service is consistently horrible. I'm not sure if she is the owner, but there is one salesperson in particular who is almost always snide, rude, and resentful that you are in her store asking questions about knitting. She seems to treat each question as if it is the most stupid question anyone could ask about knitting. It is exasperating, and I HATE going in there. They seem to have a monopoly in Raleigh, however, so there's not much choice. Anyone else have these experiences? My friends concur that they have.
