My son accidentally left an ink pen in his pocket when he washed his dress shirts and the shirts were spattered with ink. I took them to Judi's and was told to pick them up on Tuesday after 5pm. When I arrived on Tuesday I was told the shirts weren't there but they would be delivered on Wednesday at 9. No one would be home so I said I would return the next day. I asked about the policy of no paying if the order wasn't ready and was told that was the case, that there would be no charge. On Wednesday afternoon I received a call from Judi's advising that it was "cost effective" for them to clean the shirts so they weren't going to do anything. I went in to pick them up and advised that there would be no charge...ya think?? They didn't do anything and we wound up having to buy new shirts in a rush because we relied on their policy. In my opinion, it's a bunch of lip service. A SERIOUS let down, especially when they are the highest priced cleaners in the area that I've found so far. Guaranteed - I WILL NOT be back.
