U A Thrift

UA THRIFT is the best thrift store. It's located on Layfayette Street. They give all their profits to several community agencies such as Humane Society, Adventure House, United Way, Vocational Club of Cleveland County, and more. That's a great reason to shop there! I always find something I want in there. You never know what you will find. I have the best luck with homemade items and books. Their prices are inexpensive, and sometimes you get something almost new for pennies. Yes, some things are expensive, but not many. Most of the stuff is very cheap. They have sales all the time. I try and go in there at least twice a week. more

UA Thrift is located in front of Kate's Skating Rink on Lafayette Street jus down the road from Christ the King Church. This business is a thrift store that has been open for several years. You never know what you will find in here. You'll find lesser quality of items in here than you will at upscale thrift stores, such as Goodwill. But I like this place a lot because they give all their profits to area non-profit organizations like the Women's Shelter and the Humane Society. Every time I shop there I know I am helping others. You'll always find a lot of sales here. Some times it's shoes; sometimes it's clothes; Etc. I love going here for used items. They have knick-knacks as well. The price is just right, with many items being really cheap. more

I have always found wonderful used clothing and unique homemade items and knick-knacks. Besides being inexpensive, I am surprised at how low their prices are sometimes. They have sales on their clothing sometimes, and you can get like a plastic bag of your choice of clothing for like 1.00. Profits go to help needy organizations in the area. more

The lowest in thrift store prices. Have great selection of items. Employees are nice and kind. We frequent often as well. Super parking and location. They will also help you with any large items. They are willing to work with you more than any other thruft store I have been in. I like the fact they donate much of their money to community organizations such as the Humane Society and other useful causes. They have a daily senior citizen discount (65 and older) and they also have shopping carts for your convenience. They have a great selection of books as well. Go there! more

UA is a thrift store close by that my family frequents weekly. There is always a change in merchandise with potential to be used again with little care. The prices are the lowest Ive seen in a thrift store and the staff are very helpful even bringing the heavy items to your car for you. I always go when they have a special sale day. Its like getting things for free they prices are so low. I would recommend this thrift store. more
