Good: The ambiance looked good and the music pleasant. The service was at best OK.. Bad: Our expectations were great based on the ambiance and the web reviews, but the food was a disappointment.. Improvements: We think it was more than an off day for the chef because the French Onion Soup was a poor imitation of anything we have had before. My entre (one of the days specials)
broiled Halibut with mushrooms in a butter sauce was anover-cooked small portion weak on the sauce! Although early in the evening the waiter came back after we ordered to say they were out of the Chilean Crab topping. The mushrooms were not the type stated on the menu.. Other: We `were looking forward to the desserts but based on our entres, we decided not to risk another disappointment..
