I thought friendly, respectful customer service was a thing of the past. All of the people at Rytek treat you with the utmost regard. The mechanic called me to tell me of an issue BEFORE he worked any further on my vehicle. He gave me options (ones that could be done at his shop or I could do myself to save on cost). He thoroughly explained everything to me. He was very courteous and helpful. The receptionist is another treasure. She went out of her way to accomodate my last-minute schedule. She even arranged to have me driven home by a staff member so I did not have to wait. I truly appreciate the excellent service and compassionate people at Rytek. I will be a customer for life. Thank you! more

A Rarity: Trustworthy & Quality Mechanics 3/30/2011

By Krizteen 03/30/2011 The mechanics at Rytek Automotive are the most trustworthy, reliable, and helpful mechanics I have run into in a very long time. Finding a garage where you are confident that you are getting the best for your money is almost impossible these days. I enjoy the personal service, the close attention to detail, and the quality of work each time I bring my vehicle in for service. I would recommend them to anyone who has had a hard time finding a garage they can have full confidence in!!! more

Rytek: My cars day-spa... 6/29/2005

I have been going to Rytek as a family and as a person for over 6 years now and they have always treated me nice their. They have great mechanics that known everything about everything and get the job done in a quick amount of time. The prices are nothing to argue over either, because they give you the best price around and then some. You can always go their and feel like home with your car because you know its in good hands. more
