Gettel Hyundai

I went there looking to buy a car with cash. The salesman wouldn't give me a price...said I had to wait for his manager. Went back home and sent out price requests online. Recieved prices with 1/2 hour from other dealerships. went to other dealership and purchased car. 3 hours total time spent. Gettel called me a week later, still wouldn't give a price, wanted me to come in. I have been to the showrrom before while having service done on other car...they like to put on the pressure with a tag team...never give you a price. more

I signed the purchase/financing papers for a used car three weeks ago. Despite repeated phone calls to the salesman and the finance department, I have yet to be informed if the financing has been arranged and that the car I drove off the lot that evening is mine. Twelve messages totally ignored. The paycheck stub that I faxed the day following the purchase failed to reach the person for whom it was intended despite his name and the deal number being on the cover sheet; I have confirmation that the fax was received. So, my paycheck stub bearing my social security number and both my checking and savings account numbers along with my address and, obviously, my annual income is just floating around a used car lot somewhere. Additionally, while speaking with the salesman he sneeringly informed me of the full name and poor credit score of a previous customer (and her father). If you value customer service and discretion then I would strongly recommend avoiding Gettel Automotive. I will certainly never do business with them again. more

Buyer Beware! If you are buying a used car beware of the high interest rates. Their interst rates are barely legal. They finance everyone, but with a high price to pay. They require $2000 down payment plus a trade in. Get your own financing and do not use their financing. more
