Had a cut & highlight done here by beautician Kayla Morris who did a fantastic job. I'm 100% satisfied with results as well as the service. Salon is inviting and immaculate. All of the girls were great! Was a fun way to spend an afternoon. If I wasn't visiting from California, this would be my new hairstylist. Price was very affordable & I highly recommend to everyone! :) more

You are able to walk-in at the JCPenney Hair Salon. They sell the higher priced hair care products. Good service, but you do seem to pay alot of money for the same cuts that you could get elsewhere for less. more
