When Chris's Plumbing came to our house to repair burst pipes, there were several times we thought that the plumbers were stalling and/or creating problems so the bill would go higher. Upon sharing our concerns with the owner of the company, he angrily shouted at us and told us he didn't appreciate the accusations we were making. We hadn't made any accusations at that point. He was extremely hostile.
Further, we spent considerable time following up with the administrative office trying to prod them to process the information/bill for the adjuster. Took us nearly 3 weeks!
