I have been going to the JCPenney salon for over a year now & love the way my hair looks. I can generally get an appointment when I need one & love the fact that they have Sunday hours. It is a little quieter and I can get in and out fast. I have relaxed hair & like that they use professional products like Keracare & nexxus.
The only drawback is that the prices will increase significantly if your stylist becomes a 'master stylist'. They are allowed to charge more money.
