Best Acapulco Restaurant is in Downey 7/25/2006

The restaurant in Downey is consistently good. I have come here with friends, family, and business associates and have not been disappointed. My favorite appetizer is the fresh Guacamole. I could eat that all day. The fajita combos are the best in presentation and taste of anywhere else in Downey. The servers are very courteous and helpful for the most part. I have had only one bad experience with a server in all the times I've been there, which is plenty. The server seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth but management was very generous and quick to make up for it. more

Fake Mexican Food 4/10/2006

Acapulco restaurant serves what I call "fake mexican food." The food here is okay, ive had better mexican food for a cheaper price. I like the bar at the restaurant and the music they play is okay. If you want great mexican food then look else where because you wont find it here. more

Decent mexican food 6/26/2005

The food at Acapulco is pretty decent. It's not really great Mexican food but its pretty good. The atmosphere at this restaurant is nice. They play Mexican music here. The restaurant is pretty large with plenty of tables. The employees are really great and kind. The prices are reasonable. more
