Ask for Ginny Youngblood - she is terrific 1/10/2011

I worked with Ginny Youngblood at Burnsville Toyota and decided to buy a 2010 Prius. She was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, and I would buy a car from her again. She is straightforward, honest, and very smart. She knows her product well and has great advice. The price with rebate and then some was very reasonable. I highly recommend her as a sales rep.\r \r Did have disappointing experience with Josh Nusman, another sales rep. Nice guy, but does not know anything about the Prius. Couldn't answer basic questions about the car. Misquoted actual prices and other information over email. I was very disappointed, and considered going elsewhere -- I had checked with several dealers, but decided to call and complain. Sales manager referred me to Ginny. She is terrific. Ask for her if you want to buy a car there.\r \r more

Beautiful building.....same old low life used car sales practices....Let the buyer beware 12/10/2007

I bought a new 2007 Toyota Corolla in June 2007. I was very happy with the treatment that I received . I told many people about the dealership and about how professional I thought this dealership was. Things went smoothly with my purchase, but when I referred my brother, to the dealership, things went sour. He bought a used vehicle and an extended warranty, and with taxes etc., he financed about $17,000. My brother works hard and does not make a lot of money, but he needed reliable transportation so that he could get to his job. \r \r When he purchased the car, first of all, he was told that it would get about 18 miles to the gallon?he gets about 14. He wanted to trade it back in right away when he found this out, but was told (about a week after he bought the car) that they would deduct $3,000. and treat it as a trade in. He asked about buying a new car, and was told that his payments would be about $50. To $100. higher with a new car. The overall tone of the people that he dealt with was abrupt and rude?.heartless, including the owner and most sales managers, just like the stereotypical used car salesman, which most people try to avoid when shopping for a car.\r \r He then started having other problems with the vehicle, like the power seats did not work, the radiator fan did not work, and to have these things fixed required him to pay an additional $100. deductible, a week later another fan stayed on constantly and caused his battery to drain?he is now being told that he has to pay another $100. deductible to have it fixed. The car is dead in the drive way right now.\r \r When a customer pays over $17,000 for a car, I think that they should be able to expect a reliable product. I would also expect the dealership to stand behind what they sell, and to treat a customer with some amount of respect and courtesy. I will never do business there again...and you shouldn't either. Pros: can't think of any Cons: nice building, but they will lie through their teeth just like any corner used car lot more

Burnsville Toyota Wins 7/17/2007

After a terrible experience trying to buy a vehicle at Rudy Luther Toyota, I just completed the purchase of a HIghlander Hybrid at Burnsville and it was an all around good experience. Ginny Youngblood did a good job on the sales end. The paperwork and the vehicle were ready to go when I got there. The Sales Manager was pleasant and the Finance Manager even had to take a little time out of processing the paperwork to show my husband some of the features of the new Tundra - when he is ready to trade in the one he has now I'm sure they are the dealership we would want to work with. We will be comfortable recommending them to others. Pros: Overall experience Cons: None Yet more

Their internet sales department is awesome 11/18/2006

When shopping for a new Corolla they gave me the lowest quote of the dealerships I requested from (below Edmunds' True Market Value), and then over the next couple of weeks proceeded to knock $200 dollars of that price. They were pleasant and helpful and definitely did not pressure me. I'm probably going to go back there in the future. more
