Burns Pest Elimination

The sales representative was rude and unaccomodating when a personal situation arose that required my family and I to relocate to another state and they would not refund our prepaid pest control. They simply do not understand the concept of customer service and attempt to treat all customers as dollar signs. I will never recommend or ever do business with Burns Pest Elimination or any of its subsidiaries or other affiliates of this company, including those relationships between the owners and senior management and other entities. We went back to Terminix for the customer service that Burns fails to deliver on. more

I have never called the offices of Burns and met with anything but a cheery person who helped me accomplish whatever I was trying to accomplish. That kind of old-fashioned customer service doesn't happen by accident, and they should be very proud of themselves over there. more

I have been a client of Burns since 2003. I am shocked by their new sales practices. They have taken advantage of my 77 yo parents. They called burns out in Jan 2011 and Apr 2011 -One time services BOTH times. During this time frame the Salesmen / Spray tech kept coming by the property unannounced (NOT requested) to spray and charge $62.88 each time. My parents called the office of Burns and requested them NOT to return to the property without our FIRST calling to request that they be there. What has happen is our new tenants moved into the property (they have NO authorization to bill on my account)..The tech came by and says that "this address is on a AUTO treatment plan" SO HE SPRAYED without ANYONES authorization fI have NEVER BEEN on AUTO TREATMENT AND NO contracts have ever been signed!!! They are taking advantage of people because times are hard and they are trying to drum up business....THIS IS FRAUD..I tried several times 7/5/11 to talk to owner Dave and he nor his sales manager Mike will NOT take my calls or return them. I now am going to the Attorney Generals office since this involves Senior Citizens and fraudulent sales practices. I will NEVER use BURNS again. I will cancel my business account ASAP. more

Excellent and beyond! Burns has the best employees and should keep them all. The HR department was so amazing! more
