I just wanted to thank you and your team for your help when I purchased my 2009 Accord last Friday (3/11/11) - it was such a positive experience all around! After I left on Thursday (3/10), I read your business card and saw in the corner that it said ""Home of the nice guys!"", and I have to admit I chuckled, as I thought it was an interesting statement to make on a business card! But after working with yourself and Don, I can say with certainty that it is TRUE, and made the car buying process much easier knowing that I really was working with ""nice"" guys. After visiting other dealerships that day and looking at other cars, I was a little intimidated by some of the aggressive sales techniques that other dealerships used (especially when they saw I was a young-ish woman, by herself, interested in buying a car). Truly, when I got to Burns, I was tired of sales pitches and ""What would it take to get you in this car today""? type lines. When I test drove the car with you, you gave me facts about the car, were VERY knowledgeable about Honda's, and were genuinely friendly - the opposite of what I had experienced at other places I looked. You let the car speak for itself, which was such a breath of fresh air in the car buying process.
Again, thanks so much to yourself and your team for all your help - from start to finish - in the process. I feel confident that I made the right decision, and bought from the right people and place. Even the thought of eventually needing service or maintenance on my new car is made easier knowing I will be returning back to Burns, and will continue to be in good hands.
