This is just my experience just wanted to share with you, I realize that I could have been extra sensitive due to my pregnancy but I still think it was AWFUL service. I hope if you shop there you will have better customer service.
My friend and I were both exspecting babies we were 8+ months pregnant. Plus I had my toddler, we bought many items mainly baby items, a couple items were quite large, I was very irritated to find that I could not use the cart to take my items to the car, it was pouring down rain and the door manager said rudely "WE DO NOT ALLOW CARTS OUT OF THE STORE!" I thought he was joking I started to head toward the door and he said "You'll need to carry out your purchases." I said I will bring the cart back to the door, he said "no this is not allowed" he did not even offer to get the door or help. I was ticked I had spent a couple hundred dollars and now I have to maually carry these heavy items, as well as my child, and belongings (as a very pregnant woman this was crazy to me) all to my car manually he even said I could not temporarily pull my car to the store front. I would have loved to return my items right then but I guess you can only exchange items once you purchase ABSOULUTELY NO RETURNS even with your receipt dated minutes before HOW STUPID!
