Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

Everything was easy and quick 4/16/2010

I loved everything. I didn’t have to sit to wait, they give me a good pricing, were cordial and pleasant to deal with. Everything was easy and quick. I knew what I wanted and they took the time to sell me the car and explained to me how the repair of the cars is done and how to use it. E. Lee more

Effort to understand/listening/communication/greeting 4/15/2010

I was greeted very quick and very timely, in a timely fashion and the service representative, Robert who I dealt with was absolutely excellent. He just did a great job of explaining the service, what I needed and, he got me a loaner and he was just great. It was just a great experience. more

Great Job! 3/6/2010

Thank you to Kirk Spencer for all of his help in getting our new car. He worked hard in finding the car we wanted and then had it shipped to us in AZ. The Burien Toyota dealership did a great job in processing the entire purchase even though we were out of state. We would highly recommend Kirk and Burien Toyota. more

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Kirk Spencer for a job well done. Shopping for my sons first car was not an easy experience. Kirk took time and care with us, and even left his home phone number in case we had any questions we needed answered. To Burien Toyota and any other prospective employers or car shopper, Kirk Spencer is an excellent salesperson and is a credit to anyone doing business with him. Joy-Riding in my vehicle 1/30/2010

I brought my vehicle in to have the oil changed. When I got it back, 4 hours later, it had an extra 23 miles on it, the windshield was cracked, and there was several deep scratches on the passenger side fenders and door. They refused to pay for the windshield and paint repairs. A friend saw two strangers driving my vehicle (it has personalized plates) in a nearby town that day. more

toyota burien is rip off place to go 12/17/2009

30000 mile service they want over$700.00 other toyota place charge less then $500.00 and also bad service more

Horrible Service 12/26/2008

I brought my 2005 Prius here for routine 30,000 mile maintenance and they completely botched the job. My car was in the shop over 2 weeks total, it ended up costing thousands of dollars, and the manager was impolite, arrogant and seemed to have a little man complex. They put the wrong fluid in my transmission and ruined it, a fact I did not discover until I was driving it home. They tried to charge me for EVERYTHING. I will never go here again or recommend it to anyone. more

our salesman was really mean. NOT. 12/1/2006

long story short - jilly's hubby wants to get prius. jilly sends hubby to burien toyota. expected waitlist of several months turns into several weeks. jilly's hubby is given a very fair price on his trade-in. jilly's hubby now has a cool new Prius. our salesman, matt beck, was fun to work with even though his 12 minutes really was 30 minutes, but that's another story. super low pressure, great comm, nice people to work with, easy to get to. if i ever get a toyota or scion, i know where i'm going. more
