I had the advantage of having two extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff who went over the many high tech features of my car. One salesperson, David Butler, went over the keyless entry while the another, Dario, helped me understand the hands free unit. more

The service department inspected and replaced all four tires. I liked the fact that the service advisor listened to the analysis that I offered and what stood out is that the technician was able to drain from my information as well as the service advisor’s information and was able to take it a further step in assessing the condition of the tires and make recommendations. more

I would recommend Burien Toyota Service department over the Edmonds dealership. I attempted to obtain the same service at the Edmonds dealership, but they did not respond with interest to assist me. At Burien Toyota Service, they responded to me with attentiveness and respect. They assisted me with an unusual situation. I liked the timeliness and convenience of the service. more

Jim at Burien Toyota didn't push. The sales department was very courteous, they explained alot of things that i didn't know as far as the financing, which has never been done before at other dealers. The whole process was never been explained to me like it was this time. more

Dennis from Burien Toyota was very personable less than pushy I think that was the best thing, because that drove me out of several other Toyota dealerships that were too pushy and didnt give us have any patience for to take our times and Dennis was more than patience. more

'm writing because I got some nice service from those guys at Burien Toyota! I took my Corolla in because the Malfunction Indicator Lamp was coming on. I spoke with Greg French. He informed me that it may be the computer and told me that I may be covered under certain conditions that I wasn't aware about. He told me to bring it in at 8am that next morning (02/24/2010). I told him I needed to be to work by 11am and he assured me that he would either have the vehicle running by then or send me on my way should they need to order a part first then call me in a few days to install it. He told me not to worry about work and if for some reason something came up and time was an issue he would make sure I'd get a ride in to work even though I work downtown Seattle. Well, the next morning I got the module installed (Greg was right and the car was covered) and was on my way out of there by 9:45am. I was able to go home and say bye to my wife and boy and make it to work on time. No more indicator light on and the car is running smooth again. Thanks Greg! Also props to Rafael Estrada, young Rob and older Rob! I noticed you guys when I was waiting and you all gave courtesy and smiles to the others there too. Thumbs up to Burien Toyota! more

I'm happy for the prior reviewer that had a good experience with Tim Holmquist. I also bought a car from him and my experience was the exact opposite. Tim is a liar and a cheat. He talks like a salesman and acts like a thief. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to him to buy a car. more

I brought my vehicle to Burien Toyota Service at 7:00 in the morning and my service rep was very cheerful and smiling and in a good mood. I was impressed to show up and find someone with a great attitude. They were very fast. I was told that it would be within the hour and it was actually 55 minutes and it was perfect.
