My wife and I would like to thank you, Shane, Lou and Eli for a most pleasant experience. Right from the start Lou met me in a very pleasing manner and I told him I wanted to see Shane he called him and then went to his office to tell him I was there. I have known Shane and worked with him in various charitable organizations quite a few years, and when I told him I was looking to get a different car, he told me the only place to go was your dealership, he was totally right. Everybody we were introduced to were very cordial and gave the impression that they cared and wanted to help. I have never been to a dealership that has been as pleasant and caring as yours. It makes the whole experience enjoyable and made us feel that we were meant to own a Cadillac.\r
We live in a Senior Community and of course everybody wanted to know the details of how we were treated and if we had a bad experience, we tell them our story and how we are totally satisfied, and that we are now the proud owners of a new Cadillac SRX, and how well we were treated by everybody. And, we were introduced to you the owners and how you showed your interest in our satisfaction. As an Associate Professor teaching young business professionals trying to earn their MBA's, you and your staff would be the example of a customer caring business, I would use your staff and business professionals as an example of how to do it right.\r
