I would highly recommend bulo to any girl in SF or visiting, they have amazing unique shoes, plus the best boot selection ever. the staff are nice, laid back and helpful. if you don't live in SF, check out their website, where you can buy anything from the store, i shop from it all the time! i bought a full price pair of thong sandals(i paid app. $150) here in late july and the *day after i bought them* they broke! i took them back minutes after (i thankfully work only a 2 minute drive away) and asked them to replace the shoes. they refused to replace them, and said the most they could do was send them to a cobbler and have them fixed free of charge. when i got them back a week later, the OPPOSITE shoe has excess glue around the bindings (??!) and they denied that it was their fault. the salespeople were snooty and rude, the manager was snotty and the overall feel was very haughty. i would rather buy from a store like nordstroms that respects their customers. i have 15 pair of shoes from Bulo. They are best known for their excellent italian boots. I spent 5 weeks in Italy looking for better stock and couldn't find it. I highly recommend this store for fashionable girls who love Italian leather. The staff is really friendly and they've helped me many times. I'm a Bulo addict!!!! Pros: service, quality, Italian more
