100% worst customer service I've ever received from any kind of company. Being in the automotive industry, that should be emphasized since vehicles are typically one of the largest expenses people have.
They placed a towing notice on my fully registered car, noted it was for 48 hours but apparently the Driver forgot what day it was and listed 9/15 instead of 9/16. So instead of 48 hours notice it was <24.
As soon as I saw the notice, I went ahead and contacted CO DMV, verified everything is good and ordered a replacement Monthly Expiration Sticker (somehow just the monthly EXP sticker fell off, looks scraped though and I have photos.)
Talked to my property manager and verified that they were going to extend the notice out until new sticker comes in, quick easy call and solution found.
Called in to Bugs Towing just to let them know that the sticker was misdated, placed today but dated yesterday. No timestamp, just "48 Hours until it is towed at your expense) written in what looked like a 5 year olds hand writing, not shocking seeing as he didn't have the mental capacity to verify what day it is before leaving a time sensitive notice on someone elses property.
The response I got from the owner Adrian, was just insane to me. He told me "my man we dont have time for you" and hung up on me. I called back, this time notably more upset, just wanting confirmation that their system shows correct date, since their driver wrote the wrong date on the notice. Adrian got irritated, was extremely rude, and hung up on my a second time.
I get the feeling they are very used to poor quality in regards to doing their actual job, that they have become experts at how to avoid dealing with consequences for their actions. Dont use Bugs Towing. Dont do it. Im talking to property managers, I really wish my apartment complex didnt use them. Have never seen this level of incompetence and terrible customer service combined into one. Adrian is supposedly the OWNER, what the actual FCK.
