I don't normally do this sort of thing, but the last two times I went to Buffalo Wild Wings, I had a bad experience that turned into a great one. The first incident is when I ordered food to go, I got it home and it wasn't so good. I sent an email and after a couple of back and forth emails, I had it set up so I could eat there again with virtually no charge. My return trip was disappointing at first, but ended up just fine. When I got there I was to inform my waitress that I had a food credit, I gave her my name and informed her of this to which she came back after a few minutes and said "We don't have any record of you having a food credit". Obviously I was less than thrilled, that being said, the manager on duty came back out, comped my entire meal minus the drinks and thanked us for giving them a second chance. It's not often that a restaurant impresses me with service, but this was service at it's finest! A+ to the management staff of BWW.
