I didn't like this store. I felt it was more thrift store than resale shop. Everything seemed crammed together and poorer quality than the other popular resale shops. They're a...

Fair Exchange 8/15/2010

Good: They are upfront and honest about why they are not going to take your stuff.. Bad: It isn't my type of store for shopping for clothes.. Other: I brought 31 pairs of shoes to exchange but they only took 2 pairs. They explained why and it was completely satisfactory to me. I was glad they took two. Even if they like something, if they already have 10 pairs of black stilletos in the store they will not take yours and they will take current seasonal things. They told me to bring back my fall/winter stuff later in the year to exchange some things. I liked the honesty and I was happy with the money I received.. more

bit pricey for what you get 10/22/2005

I love buffalo exchange....but you have to really search for the good deals. Some of the "designer" pieces are more expensive than they should be, but then again, you shouldn't be too picky about the price since its so cheap. The sales staff isn't has helpful as they could, but it always seems busy so I won't judge them too harshly on that factor. more

Good chance you will find a diamond in the rough 8/18/2005

The Buffalo Exchange is a retail store that specializes in selling used clothing. They also do buy backs, just beware, they will often give you much less than what you would expect to get. Another point on the buy back is that there staff knows there stuff, if you haven’t warn it in a year they will probably reject it, the staff knows current styles and trends. Mostly women are clothing some good deal on gently used shoes and a decent selection of men's clothing. more
