My daughters and I eat at BWW about once per month, especially during football season. :) We love the atmosphere. Yesterday, 2/8/14, we had an experience that could have cost them our business (or at least from that particular location). However, when we asked for the manager, John (who gets a HUGE A+++ for friendliness and pure cuteness all around!) came to our table. He listened to our story. He took full responsibility, and he let us know that our experience was NOT acceptable to him. He THANKED us for complaining, stating that is the only way he and his staff will know how to improve. WOW!! So nice to see a manager who really gets it!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE RECOVERY!!! So, to top it off, he paid for our entire bill! Now, he really didn't have to to THAT. We certainly weren't looking for a free meal, but it truly ""WOWED"" us yesterday. With that kind of leadership, this is definitely a store I will return to over and over again.\r
I don't expect to always have a perfect dining experience. I do expect the restaurant to take ownership of their opportunities to grow when something is less than satisfactory to me and my party. Way to go, JOHN!! :) You put the smile back on our pretty little faces!\r
