This place is working at being good. Bar staff keeps an eye out for empty glasses. Look for Jason & Alvarez staffing the bar. more

Just love me some chicken wings from here. My favorite mango habanero n Asian zing. Just a little pricey but worth it once in a while. more

Sauces here are great. Wonderful and diverse place, nice and relaxed bar man. I liked it half and half. Had it not been for the very surly and extremely rude female table runners I might feel comfortable more in returning. Managers please ask some workers there to make an effort. I was very unhappy with the attitude. more

This place rocks! I go often, probably more than most, and have had a consistently great time. Some employees are better than others, but for the most part, excellent.\r By the way, I miss Albert and April also, but I do not remember them ever being cooks. Previous comment mentioned food quality went down when they left, not sure how they had an effect on that. I have never had an issue.\r Thanks for being a great neighborhood bar in Cutler Bay more

In 2009-2010 my husband and I spent every Thursday for boneless wing day...The Asian Zing was to die for...especially because April and Albert knew us by name...after they left it went downhill...The chicken is dry, not tasty at all...not sure if it was the server but it has gone down hill. It's unfortunate that was once a local favorite is no longer... more

Just cannot become a fan. For sports & brew it's the place. Food is another story. Specialize in wings yet they are not 'great'. The sauces are their specialty. more

I love the wings, and it includes a lot of food for the price. Been there three times and always have had good service. more

I'm hooked on the Honey BBQ sauce... The wings are good and so is the Ultimate Nachos with salsa. more

I have always looked for a BWWs in each city that I have lived. What can I say?- I am a fan of trivia and love buffalitos. The Cutler Bay location did not disapoint. Food was good, service friendly and atmosphere was great. I will be back but hope there will be a location coming to Kendall soon. By far the best sports bar in Miami. more

I am a fan of the Buffalo Wild Wings chain. Unlike many national chain restaurants of this type (Fridays, Hooters, Joe's Crab Shack, etc), BWW has reliable and tasty food and a better than average atmosphere. I was pretty excited to see they opened one near my mother's house in Cutler Bay. \r \r I ordered take out wings on a Saturday night to bring to a friend's party. They were good, but not great. I chalked it up to not being eaten fast enough at the party. My family asked to go for dinner the next day and I thought, "why not?"\r \r I should have said "no". The food was good, solid BWW fare. The service was, by far, the worst service I've ever received at any restaurant ever. We sat down at 6PM and didn't leave until 9PM. In that time, it took the waitress 20 minutes to take our order, 20 minutes to get us drinks. After waiting over 45 minutes to receive our appetizers (!), we asked for the manager. While we were waiting for the manager, the table next to us got up and left after waiting 25 minutes just to have this same waitress take their drink order. \r \r The first manager came over and got us our food within 10 minutes, with the exception of my 6-year-old son's kids meal, which took an extra 10 minutes. There were a few mistakes on the ticket thanks to the incompetent waitress, but he corrected them immediately. \r \r One would assume that after involving the manager, we would have gotten excellent service from that point on. No. The waitress was never around. When we finally did seek her out to order more drinks, she got the order wrong and then took another 20 minutes. \r \r The straw that broke the camel's back, however, was dessert. Shame on us for even bothering to order dessert, but I'd promised my son. Before ordering, we asked her how long the desserts would take and were told it would only be a few minutes. It took 25 minutes to get the desserts. Every one of them had melted ice cream. Not "melting", but "melted". It was vanilla soup. The lone dessert that wasn't suffering from dairy meltdown was my son's cheesecake which was frozen solid. \r \r We asked for the manager again. This time we got a different manager (we had been there so long, the first manager had obviously gone home). The second manager vacillated between being apathetic and confrontational. He asked the waitress to come out with him and she proceeded to yell at us while we were trying to explain the situation. The manager let her do this for about 5 minutes before he told her to walk away. We tried to give the waitress the benefit of the doubt, perhaps she had too many tables? No, she had three tables all night. Three. He just stared at us while we explained what we had been through. He didn't offer a single apology. I explained to him that enough was enough. I could handle a mistake, but the desserts were the clear indication that this waitress let our food sit on the pass long enough to fully melt. \r \r I told him there was no way we were paying for the desserts. He begrudgingly took them off the bill, but again offered us nothing more than a paltry "fine". No full blown apology. \r \r I wasn't looking for a free meal, but I would have liked something beyond a confrontational waitress and apathetic manager. I may be a fan of BWW, but I would never go anywhere near this location again. I would recommend anyone avoid it like the plague. Duffy's Irish Pub on Eureka, just west of Franjo has good wings and Sunset Grill on Sunset has fantastic wings. Choose one of those restaurants for good food and great service. Don't bother with this location of Buffalo Wild Wings. more

The wings are your regular buffalo wings nothing special (I had the Wild Sauce). I am sure the more exotic ones have more to offer. However since i had to get boneless because they ran out of Regular wings. I guess my opinion is a little skewed. I will go again to try regular wings with a more exotic sauce. The fries were very good as were the pork nachos plate. more
