Dropped by Buffalo Burgers at 17th Avenue with a friend. I had lived in this neighborhood some years yet it's my first time there. Small place, three or four tables, about 10 could seat comfortably. Little colored baskets hold your burger, which is quite big. Thick tomatoes, large slices of cheese and lettuce. A bit skimpy on the mayo but that's fine. Big rough-cut fries too. Fresh cooking. The chef was a big Filipino man, friendly. They always keep the place clean; I noted attention to that. More than your typical burger joint, nice for a quick lunch. They sell Fish & Chips and buffalo meat burgers too, but I didn't try those.
Pros: Not a long wait, busy, fresh and well-cooked burgers, tasty! Next door to Royal Coffee!
Cons: Small place, not for crowds.
