This place is crazy. First of all it takes Pam 45 minutes to get you into a unit and then it takes 45 minutes for you to get your bill paid when you go back the next month. Pam has called me twice in the last two weeks asking me if I was out of my two units yet. Not sure why Pam is calling and asking if there is a lock on one of the units (boyfriend took the lock off the other unit when we cleared out of it). Pam says that I called and left her a message stating that I was vacating my two units. I said ""I never called you and said anything, the first time I called was yesterday...until then I didn't know your number"". I still can't figure out why Pam is lying and telling me I called her and said I was vacating....when I obviously wasn't vacating (I still have stuff in one of the units). Then yesterday I went over there to get some more stuff out of my unit and my code wouldn't work to get into the gate. I was furious...called and left a voicemail since it was Sunday. I called Pam at 9:36 this monday morning and she had no idea that I had left a voicemail. Then proceeded to tell me that she had not left me a voicemail and had no idea what I was talking about. I said ""No Pam, if you would have checked your voicemails first thing this morning you would know that my code didn't work yesterday and I am not happy). I'm telling you this lady is dumb and needs direct supervision. I will have my stuff out of there by the end of the month and will go elsewhere with my business because they are loony over there and have no idea what is going on. One day Pam called me and asked if I had vacated my other unit because her maintenance man left her a note saying that I had vacated (I clearly still had a lock on the unit). I will never do business with them again. I asked Pam today to have the owner call me asap....haven't heard from him yet and it is 6:00 pm. RIDICULOUS I can't find them in the BBB, but I will figure out how to make a complaint.
