When we were shopping around for an insurance provider, Budget Insurance offered some of the most competitive rates and the most comprehensive policy. Our business has several policies with them, including a liability policy and an auto insurance policy, as well as an auto policy in Mexico where we do some of our business. We have been using them for 4 years now and have had only one claim, which was paid immediately with no problems. The owner of Budget took a personal interest in our claim. They are very responsive. I decided to use Budget Insurance after doing fairly extensive research on getting the best coverage at the best price. I have been using Budget for about 2 years now and have a number of different policies with them. So far, everything has been good. I get top returns. When I call to speak with either my commercial insurance rep or my personal rep, I get a fast response. I offer certificates for the business that I am in and Budget is extremely fast in getting those certificates to my clients.
