I've had Buckeye lawn service for years and have always been satisfied until recently. I had also highly recommended the company to people who thought my yard looked great. I've noticed that my yard was getting a lot of weeds around the driveway and walkways and just generally didn't look good. In fact, it probably is now the worst looking in the neighborhood. So, I tried to contact the South office and got a constant busy signal for over an hour. When I did finally get through I was put into my customer specialists voice mail where I left a message. It had been almost a week and I never had a response so I decided to cancel my service. I contacted the South office and spoke to a lady and told her that I wanted to cancel, she asked if it was due to a problem and I said yes. She then said, "OK, your service is canceled". I asked her if she wanted to know the why and she said, "No, not really".
