This place is such a trip. It looks like such a dive from the outside, yet the food is remarkably good and cheap. Our favorite is the Cattleman's Sandwich -- steak with cheese (peppers if you want) on a good toasted bun. They have good sweet potato fries and ribs and all kinds of stuff. The prices are really low, especially for dinner (also look out for occasional coupons in the val-u-pak mailers, but although you have a group it's hard to get up to $30). When the weather is nice they have outdoor seating (though the tables are rickety and not too clean). The service is quirky but friendly. It's good for takeout. The bar seems to be a popular hangout with a really random crowd. The parking lot is small, but there's plenty of street parking.
