I just had to take a minute and let you know how much I appreciate your service staff and actually all of the folks I deal with at Brotherton. My husband and I have been customers of Gary Brady for the past 5 years or so and have purchased 3 vehicles from him, Obviously we think he's great, since we keep coming back@ He treats us like family and is incredible with our 4 kids. Recently I had an issue with our Escalade on a Saturday and drove it right in to see Theron since I wasn't going to be able to drive it that weekend. He is so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable and also respectful of my time (or lack of time :]) I have had many bad experiences with service people at other dealerships and I'm so glad I won't have to do it again! Theron makes it easy! When my car was fixed, Theron quickly called to let me know. When I got there to pick it up, Bill Busey was there to greet me. Again, Bill was accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable and funny. I've come to look forward to my visits to Brotherton!
