One evening we arrived home from vacation to find the temperature inside was 91. Elliot was sent the following afternoon, found the problem and ordered the replacement part. Knowing it would take 2 days for it to arrive, he met someone halfway coming from Rock Hill with 2 window units to help us out in the meantime. Two days later he installed the replacement part but did not stop there. In making sure the system was now fully operational, he discovered a freon leak and ordered that replacement part. When he came to install it, he discovered he was given the wrong part. He checked around and found someone in Charlotte who had the part, picked it up and came back and installed it. It was late in the day, but he stayed until the installation was complete and he was sure the system was running properly. He clearly went "above and beyond" and put a good face on Brothers.
