DO NOT EAT HERE, ZERO STARS --- THE FOOD IS BAD AND THE OWNER WAS SCREAMING AND UNPROFESSIONAL .
I had a very bad experience with this place. I was at a business meeting and the assistant manager ordered food from Brooklyn Pita. First they only delivered part of the order for 6 of us, causing the meeting to run late Then we called back to get the missing Falafel and add some salad since the bits of chicken was so tiny and expensive - we thought a big salad would help.
We asked for a Green salad for 6 They didn't have any. We asked if they had any salad- the owner AMI said we would LOVE his salad of beets and onions- and if we didn't LOVE IT we wouldn't have to pay for it -
So we said we would try it.
The meal cost about $100 not too expensive IF ITS GOOD
It was terrible
When the food arrived we were shocked to see the salads -
each one was made of raw onions, pickled beets, pickled cabbage and Pickles, also some other pickled things we didn't recognize- bizarre -- not a fresh green anything anywhere. Everyone threw theirs in the trash one person gave it back to the person who was running the meeting. By the time we completed it was 9:40 and Brooklyn Pita was closed so we decided to call them the next day to get a refund on the horrible salads. ( like they said )
The next day Fraud Prevention at our bank called us and said a place called Brooklyn Pita was trying to charge the credit card 9 times-- that's frightening.
When the Assistant Manger came in the next evening- we asked him to call Brooklyn PIta and tell them that the salads were terrible and we wanted a refund.
The owner Ami started screaming at him -- ""YOU are lying - everyone LOVES my salad - you want something for nothing, YOU ARE CALLING TO LATE"" All of this at the top of his voice screaming. We told him we kept one salad and the rest were thrown out. He could HAVE the salad
We only wanted him to keep his word and refund the money for the salads IF WE DIDN'T LIKE THEM-- and they were TERRIBLE!
He asked us to physically BRING HIM BACK THE SALAD ( OH GEEZ CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? ) and then we could get a refund on the salads--- we are only talking about $30.00 here-- but its the principle. So we asked one of our client care folks who was leaving work and lived near there- to bring Ami back his yucky salad and get us our refund.
Our guy called from Brooklyn Pita - He told us that AMI said ""I am not giving you ANYTHING, I have a lawyer-- so you can tell that lady to KISS MY ASS""
If the food was JUST TERRIBLE - I wouldn't have reviewed this --
If the food was good and the owner was a screamer I wouldn't have reviewed this -
but between the bad food, the owners dishonesty, his screamingly WRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE- asking us to walk 10 blocks to bring him back the disgusting salad and LYING about giving a refund...

I HAVE A LAWYER. What kind of way is that to treat a customer?
Its a small world- if you treat people badly eventually it will hurt your business.
And the scary thing is we were polite and kind during the whole event.
I am posting this review - it was too weird and too terrible to not let others know about this man...
