I am new to the area and due to the time change and kids waking up late, was unable to make my first apointment...I called the office to apologize and they advised me that it was up to the physician as to whether or not I could reschedule. I waited a couple of hours and called back by 4 pm to see if a decision was made, no one answered and per their machine my phone call would be answered within 30 minutes. No one ever called me back BUT I did receive a letter two days later stating I was pretty much banned from the office for my mistake and per office policy! I should have been told of this policy when I called. I wasn't sure I wanted to go back to the office anyway after such poor customer service! I understand time is money so my suggestion: Charge me a no show fee but please make a new patient always feel welcomed. Dr. Baggett lost out on taking care of my 3 beautiful children who were not at fault!
