I ordered 3 foot balloons for a recent event. 30% of them were defective and could not be blow up. When I called to discuss, they were rude and accusatory. I was told, if I reimburse you for the defective balloons, I will be out the money. How is that for standing by your products?! It is not the dollar amount but the principal and I would never do business with people that take your money and don't care if their product works. I would stay clear, there are a million other places to order from!
