Broadway Cleaners lost my belongings, and offered no resolution, no compensation to this day.\r
They are very unorganized, with all alterations being stored in various trash bags with no order. The customer service is very poor. The manager, Letty, is rarely available. It took me three trips there to have a chance to speak to her about my lost items. \r
Manager's only solution was she was sorry, and went on to help the next customer. I had to call her back to finish helping me and to solve the problem. After long convincing that my clothes were under the business' care and it was their responsibility to reimburse me for the lost items, she finally agreed to send me a check for their replacement. \r
Unfortunately, it's been over two weeks and no check has been received. It's been now two months that I've been without my article of clothing and no resolution from this Cleaners. \r
If you value your belongings and would be annoyed by an ignorant manager, careless handling of clothes, and even the loss of them without any compensation, then STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
Cons: Unreliable, irresponsible, very poor customer service, unorganized, LOST ITMES!!
