Insider's Perspective: Parking- They have created a system with passes now. They have also made new parking spots by ripping out trees and grass... but the parking is still horrendous. We are literally fighting for a spot. If you don't get home before 7pm you will have to park far and walk in the dark to your apartment. The lighting in the parking lots are dim and poorly lit. Condition- The model you walk through is deceiving. The actual apartment you will be renting is old, out dated and in need of serious remodeling. The french doors that they show open and welcoming in fresh air... don't actually work. Only one door opens on each set. The kitchen is so tiny; only one person can fit in there at a time. The shower and tub both need consistent maintenance and repairs. The walls are paper thin- meaning you can hear your neighbors' every word and every movement. Amenities- The hot tub has been broken since before July 2013. We informed management they told us they were spending their money on fixing other problems- the roofs. The gym has old machines, which, only half of them working. The pool areas are shady and covered with trees, and there are bee hives surrounding the pool area. Construction- Has been going on since November 2013, barely making process. Construction materials have been everywhere through out the property. During this construction time the water has been turned off... TWICE! The water did not come back on for HOURS. Management's response was, ""The construction accidentally hit the water main, oops"". Location- The traffic patterns surrounding this apartment complex are obnoxious. No matter what time of day you are commuting, you are sitting for hours in traffic. If you are looking into these apartments, please consider my review and also read others. My roommates and I cannot wait to get out of our lease this Summer!
