The company is totally inept at insurance billing. I am awaiting an undisputed refund for a double billing going back one year. To compound the double billing issue I was also billed at a non Preferred Provider rate. Most recently the delay excuse is, ""the check is lost in the mail."" As the retired Postmaster of Portland, OR I find that to be incredible. Of the $600 originally owed to me, a balance of $92 remains. I did receive two checks for partial refund. Though the amount still owed is insignificant, the principle of the thing and my time to deal with this incompetence is not. My advice to this locally owned and operated franchise owner, ""take a business class on customer service."" I am changing dentists!
