TERRIBLE...Made an appointment to have teeth whitening a month in advance and had to miss work to make the appointment because of availability. They called me when I was on the way to make sure I put my teeth treys in before they performed the procedure. I let them know that I was not aware of any pre-trey procedure and that I made this appointment a month ago. They said the teeth whitening does not work well if you do not use the teeth treys prior to procedure. After admitting they made a mistake they blamed it on the temporary receptionist even though the dental hygienist was standing next to me when I checked out. I let them know it cost me a lot of money to miss work and that I drove 30 minutes out of my way. She basically made fun of me for calling in to work for a one hour procedure and did nothing to help the situation. In fact, she said ""WE COULD HAVE JUST NOT TOLD YOU NEEDED TO USE THE TREYS PRIOR TO THE PROCEDURE"". Really what kind of MORALS do these people have? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! more

RIP OFF!!! 1/31/2012

I smelt a scam as soon as they put me in the dentist's chair. They wanted to charge over $1500 to clean my teeth, over $200 out of pocket after insurance, and I do not have bad teeth or any issues. Their dog and pony show is to make you watch videos of oral diseases while you wait in the examination room and then your worst fears are realized during the examination. Before they do any work, they tell you that the office manager will explain the charges. Then they walk their office manager and her sidekick in to explain their exorbitant charges. Then when you refuse, they look at you like you don't have money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!! I'm sending 20/20 an email next. more

Great job on my new dentures! They don't look like dentures. It has only been about 10 days, so with some more adjustment, I am sure that I will be getting very comfortable with them! Thanks again. more
