Canceled and good riddance! Switched to AT&T DSL due to Bright House's very unreliable connection and extremely unresponsive customer service. EVERYDAY for more than five months, we would have NO CONNECTION for about 5-6 hours out of the day. Their service response time takes 3-4 days and after several attempts, none of these service calls resulted in a solution. Management will not call you back and they will not attempt to resolve your issue other than to keep sending someone out (which does absolutely NOTHING). You are essentially tied in with thousands of other users on a network that gets utterly bogged down to nothingness - and they will do nothing about it except take your money for a service that they will not reliably provide.
Cons: They are not interested in resolving connection issues.
