We were sent to BTI under difficult circumstances--our children had been removed by CPS due to untrue allegations. We got psychologicals and dr*g evals done there. I was very reluctnt to do it, but the dr was wonderful, kind, helpful. Made me feel much better about the situation. Pros: Made difficult situation comfortable more

Disorganized. 3/9/2008

We arrived on time for our appointment, but were told they were behind schedule (by about 1 1/2 hours!) because someone else arrived late and were still seen. As our appointment was on a Saturday, we would have liked to have been told to arrive later, since they knew they were behind. more
