Go somewhere else! When I first went there, I had a really great salesperson. She took my name and wrote down the numbers of all the dress I liked so when I came back in a few days, they could look it up. I saw the piece of paper that she wrote all of this down on. When I went back, there was NO record of me ever being there or having the dress numbers written down. Not to mention the rude-ass saleswoman I had to deal with. So I had to go through the entire store once again and look for the ones I tried on. I ended up buying my dress here because it was a sample dress, had been discontinued and was 50% off. Two of my bridesmaids ordered their dresses there and since it wasn't the entire wedding party, they weren't going to give them the 10% discount (discounted because I got my dress there). When I called to complain, the person I talked to caved and gave me the discount, but the store is still telling the bridesmaids they can't get the discount. And they told one of the girls she wouldn't be getting her dress by the promised deadline due to the earthquake in China. Okay, she was supposed to have her dress SHIPPED by May 2 (she ordered it inJanuary, by the way). The earthquake was on May 12! Great lying skills. Then when my sister called to check on her dress, they didn't even have me listed in their system as the bride. She was listed as the bride. \r
We also stopped in there to look at books of tuxes and we stood there for 15 minutes and although there were 5-6 salespeople standing there, NO ONE offered to help us. So we left. Even though I got a great deal on a dress, if I had to do it all over again, I would NEVER recommend this store in a million years. There is one salesperson in particular that I referenced earlier who is just rude and clearly does not need to be in the customer service industry.
Cons: Horrible customer service, rude salespeople
