TERRIBLE! absolutely not recommended! POOR managerial skills on the office part. GREEDY THIEFS - will take your money and time and waste your day. DO NOT deal with them if you value your time.
We have scheduled our appointment a week in advance and the email said the appointment was scheduled at 11:30. I had to cancel a very important job to be there and arrived promptly at 11 AM. The office workers don't really rush to take care of you right away and we sat waiting there for 25 minutes. Finally the lady charged us $200 for the consultation and we waited another 15 minutes. The office rep also said that the appointment was scheduled for 12 PM (so at that point we already lost an hour in the office). Then finally, after bugging receptionists to take our appointment an assistant comes out and tells us that the lawyers are not in the office and she will take all the information from us. well.. THANK you very much - wasted clients, time AND they don't hesitate to take your money KNOWING the lawyers called out sick. We did return our money when we found out the advice we came there for was simply not available. TOTAL WASTE.
