This company was hired by Ikea to deliver my new kitchen cabinets and appliances. I had them deliver all the cabinets and appliances into the garage except for the refrigerator. I ordered a French Door, stainless steel fridge. The movers came to my house and asked to borrow my tools to remove the handles on the fridge and my front door. They had NO tools of their own. They supposedly are not allowed to remove the doors on the fridge, even though I have never seen a french door fridge go into a house without removing them. (Professional movers??)
