I remember the first time I went to Dr. Smith, I was in my late 30's and it was not good news to hear that you would not be able to have children. I said to her ""what man will want to marry me"". Her response was not only comforting but supportive and informative. It's nice to know that your doctor cares about you! more

If you need compassionate, intelligent, appropriate care, this is your Doctor. Her staff is empowered and well-trained. She will be your best health resource. She is tenacious about wellness, equality in healthcare and simaltaneously recognizes the specific and unique needs of women. She approaches everything from the process of setting an appointment to exams to testing in a much more holistic way than most Western physicians. Excellent and Caring Doctor 2/20/2007

I have been going to Dr. Brenda Smith for a few years now, and even though I have sinced moved out of the Pasadena area, I drive about 20 miles to her office for appointments. The staff is not ""un-friendly,"" they are just efficient! I have never waited for more than 2 minutes in the waiting room! Great doctor, but poor front staff! 6/22/2006

Dr. Smith is a wonderful OBGYN and very compassionate and I always look forward to seeing her, but I have to go through her office staff to get an appointment and they are so unfriendly. Even for simple things like availability and scheduling and test results, I always get a glare or an unfriendly sigh on the phone. The staff is not pleasant to deal with and they do not return calls. No wait time for appts!?? YES!! 6/20/2005

Everything was perfect. Dont like to sit for 45 mins to see your Doctor, want someone who cares for and understands you. Dr. Smith is the perfect Doctor for you. The only problem, if you are planning on getting pregnant she only sees you until you are 3 months...then you have to look for another Doctor. more
