At Kitsap Tennis & Athletic Club we offer a variety of land classes taught by certified instructors which accommodate the first timer as well as more advanced participants.
Please let the instructor know if it is your first class. Non-members are welcome to participate for a daily or monthly fee.

Our Racquetball information:
Court Rules Protective eye wear is required at all times a player is on the court.
Babies and / or child cradles / seats are prohibited on the court
1. Courts may be reserved after 5:00 p.m. the day prior to play.
2. The first initial and last names of two people are required for each reservation.
3. Only one court per member may be reserved per day unless six hours have transpired from the first reservation end of play.
4. A reservation that cannot be kept must be cancelled at least one hour prior to reservation time.
5. An adult must accompany players under 14 years of age unless they have previously demonstrated acceptable knowledge of the game, court maintenance and etiquette to management.
Equipment foreign to racquetball or handball including wood racquets are prohibited (unless approved by management).
All racquets must have the factory-installed white bumper or white adhesive tape applied in place of bumper.
Court attire shall include clean tennis shoes with non-marking soles.
Shirts must be worn at all times.
Please close the door and turn off the lights after completion of play.
All contact with players shall be from the balcony located on the upper level.
The court door must not be opened during play this represents a safety hazard.
The court must be relinquished at the end of one hour if the succeeding players are present. A gentle knock on the door will alert the players that time is up.

Designed specifically for seniors' health and fitness needs.
Focuses on muscular strength and conditioning for the entire body, improving functions for daily living.
Includes educational wellness tips on nutrition, fitness and medical issues, along with information on upcoming community events for seniors. Teaches fun exercises for improving balance, posture, coordination, body awareness, weight transfer, agility, and flexibility. Taught by experienced, caring instructors who incorporate relaxation techniques.
Modified as needed for new participants and intermediate levels - The facility offers additional senior safe classes and programs for those who have progressed to more advanced levels - check with your Senior Advisor for additional senior safe classes or programs the facility may have available.
