Excellent service here. I took in a broken front door latch from my house, hoping to buy the inner workings that were broken. The fellow told me to call the company and they would ship the inner parts for free. I called the company and they all arrived three days later. What great service; most folks would probably not tell me all this. I'm going back here with EVERY key and lock problem I have. This guy thought about me first so he gets my repeat biz.... These guys are great. They have been able to make every single key I have ever had the need to be made. When I was going to have all the locks on my home replaced because too many people had copies of my keys they told be to just bring the locks to them rather than throw them away and they would re-key them. It was VERY little to rekey! wow. These guys have my business for life. Pros: the service Cons: no lobby area more

Best Service Around 2/21/2007

These guys have always taken very good care of us. Kevin is on time and never over charges for the service. Kevin has rescued my dogs from a locked office and service all the locks in our building. more

Faultless service 9/5/2006

I've called out Bravo twice, once to change all the locks on my house and once to fix a problem with a gate. (I've also dropped in to their shop a number of times to have extra keys made.) Pros: Fast response, courteous locksmiths, excellent work more

Best key and locksmith service in Houston 8/31/2006

Checked several places - Bravo was the best price. They agreed to get to me that day - even though it was late in the day. They showed up on time. The problem was much more than we thought (car key had broken and steering column was locked) - they worked for 3 hours and fixed the problem to perfection. And they stuck to their original estimate. These are people you can fully trust to give you outstanding service for a great (low) price. Pros: Thumbs way up! Everything was perfect more
