I am a local and try to make it to the lantern at least once a week ..they have every thing you could want ..One of the Best salad bars ..great steak ,, fish is excellent ..Have you tried the blackened catfish ..awesome .. or Prime Rib ,,, my usual .. or pasta ..some times I just cant make up my mind .. rib eyes , ribs ,, pasta ,, rib eye,, prime rib ,, its always been great .. our family outing place which is me my wife and my 5 kids ... they are always exceptionable ..accommodating and family friendly.. \r thanks ..scott e belew .. \r Pros: good food / friendly service Cons: only time to go once a week .. no liquor by the drink more

Simple Yummy 10/15/2004

From all the cars in the parking lot you get the feeling it has to be good. As you come in the door you can feel yourself relax and know that you are going to enjoy it. Service was fast, warm and friendly. The menu was large and had all my favorites and a few I had'nt thought of. Food came fast and was hot and the desserts were simply put""Yummie"". I would definitly recomment it to anyone. It is Handicapped accessable! So Ya'all come on back. Pros: ample parking, good friendly service, warm atmosphere more
