they use to service all of my work trucks on a regular basis Im a small business owner and went in to meet the owner I pd them 2800. cash to put a new motor in one of my dumptrucks They changed the motor alright but neglected to put the smog pump on After the Owner Lee Cemensky cheated my truck thru smog 3 yrs in a row i decided myself to go smog it on the 4th yr The smog guy said i cant smog this I asked why Its a new engine he said no smog pump I looked and caught it the 1st time I called lee he said I wasnt going to put that old smog pump on that new motor i said you re used the carb and distributor He said oh well i said its the law It has to be there I took it down to not just carburetors and it cost me over 1700. to put opn new rails diverter valve and smog pump with brackets and a new pulley Yep the original had a double groove pulley one belt for fan the other for smog pump waterpump etc the pulley was a single groove pulley which indicates he kept even my old pulley making me think he sold that pump to someone else why would he put a single groove pulley on why didnt he reuse the original pulley so I paid lee upfront 2800 cash with a 3 day guarantee he took like 2 to 3 weeks to finish then even put the truck in back not even calling me to say the truck was done i called they said your all done when i went Lee went out back to start the truck for me it didnt start he opened the hood voi la no battery he went in got a battery from the shop and charged me 1 day i bought a new dump truck brought lee with me to look it over he said good deal i bought it took truck to lee immediately to do brake work as well as other stuff he put the truck on blocks there it sat for over 7 months Steer Clear more

Last May I took my car to a repair shop for minor problems and immediately after getting it back it had problems. When I put the car into gear it made a loud thud sound like the whole engine or something was falling from the vehicle. We had been trying to find just one mechanic shop that we could trust to take our vehicle to on a regular basis and decided to try brakes plus. After they checked the vehicle they determined that it was something with the axles causing this shifting problem and also decided we needed some brake repairs all of which would cost us $2000.00. We told him to go ahead with the repairs. When we got it back the shifting problem was fixed although the car didn't sound as great as we wanted it to we decided he fixed the problem and left it at that. Well yesterday after taking it back to them after having a failed smog check for a couple of censors we were quoted $917.00 and decided we just couldn't afford so we told him we couldn't do it. We went to pick up the vehicle and paid the $87 diagnostic fee and guess what. We get in the car and it has the original problem we paid $2000 to fix back in just May. And now they REFUSE to help us! My husband and I were laid off from our jobs, are collecting unemployment, and this is the only vehicle we have to get our children to and from school, as well as taking ourselves to look for work. As a mechanic you'd think the mechanic would want to give great customer service to someone who brought their car to you and left with a problem that they didn't have when they dropped it off to you. We thought we could trust them and planned to use them as our mechanic but they proved to us once again how hard it is to find a good trustworthy mechanic, Does anyone know any?? more
